How do I reset my password

In order to reset your password in our platform, you'll need to initiate a password reset from our login page. Note that the option to reset password only appears after a failed login attempt.

This option will allow you to send a reset link to your registered account email address. You'll be able to click on this link in your registered email address, and then create a new password.
